Returning Co-Oper Paperwork - Due Aug 15th
APPLICABLE TO: RETURNING CO-OPERS WITH MORE THAN 2 YEARS OF CO-OPING EXPERIENCE
If you have completed at least 2 years of co-oping at CPNS (i.e., you started co-oping BEFORE the 2023-24 school year), you need to complete your choice of training totaling 6 hours in order to return as a co-oper in the 2024-25 school year.
Note: The total hours of training must add up to 6 hours. For example, you could take one 6-hour course, three 2-hour courses, or two 3-hour courses in order to complete this requirement.

Upload your certificate as a scanned PDF or image file under “2b. Co-Opers with 2 or More Years of Co-Oping Experience” - Please be sure your certificates are clear enough to be printed (NO screenshots please). OR, you can mail them to CPNS.
