New Co-Oper Paperwork - Due Aug 15th
APPLICABLE TO: NEW CO-OPERS ONLY
Each new co-oper must complete 2 online, self-paced training courses: The Child Care Aide Orientation (available in either English or Spanish, $18) and the Basic Health and Safety Training (Free).
Training is required for EACH co-oping parent/caregiver. For instance, if two members of your family wish to work in the classroom, both both must complete the training and obtain their own certificates.
Instructions for the Child Care Aide Orientation Training Course:
This course is available in either English and Spanish. Please purchase and take the course in the language of your choice.
Instructions for the Basic Health & Safety Training Course:
The Basic Health & Safety Training only runs once a month for a limited time. You must register the month BEFORE the course runs. Please note the dates below and mark them in your calendar, as there are only two opportunities to complete this required course.
July Course:
Registration: Opens June 17 at 9 AM, closes June 25 at 12 PM.
Course Duration: July 1 to July 22, 9 AM.
Only registered participants can complete the training within this timeframe.
August Course:
Registration: Opens July 15 at 9 AM, closes July 23 at 12 PM.
Course Duration: August 1 to August 22, 9 AM.
Only registered participants can complete the training within this timeframe.

2. Click on “Forms”
3. Click on “2024-25 New Co-Oper Paperwork”
4. Upload your certificates as scanned PDFs or image files under “Training Documents” (ensure they are clear enough to print - NO screenshots please). OR, you can mail them to CPNS.
